Starting from Semester I of the 2025–2026 school year, Doan Thi Diem Primary School officially introduces electronic certificates to be used alongside traditional awards. This initiative reflects the school’s strong commitment to educational innovation and its ongoing digital transformation strategy.
Electronic certificates are designed with a unified template, publicly displayed at school assemblies and flag-raising ceremonies, and conveniently sent to parents through the school’s digital information system. The new model helps students feel more motivated and proud of their achievements, encourages active participation in school activities, and strengthens positive learning attitudes.
For parents, electronic certificates are timely, easy to receive, and convenient to store as a record of their children’s progress. For teachers and school staff, the system reduces administrative workload, saves time in award processing, and supports better storage and retrieval of award data—while also lowering printing costs.
Electronic certificates are a practical and meaningful solution that embodies the school’s values: Creativity – Leadership – Responsibility. Doan Thi Diem Primary School will continue to maintain, improve, and expand this model to enhance the quality of school management and educational activities.
